Spotlessly clean property with professional and flexible staff in the reception desk. Best possible and peaceful location convenient to jump on tram into city center in a central area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from church Brother Klaus.

Historic building and rooms with nice decoration. Very very quiet and nice location, free breakfast with fine cuisine and an assortment of meat and cheese.

My stay was good for two nights. The very pleasant food was a good touch. The staff was very very helpful and active when needed. The location of the hotel was magnificent, on the very picturesque church nearby. Further, it was short walk to the city center as well as the tram station.

The service was good and the location was lovely. The hotel was set in a peaceful area. Extremely pleasant and generous-sized room with comfortable beds, the staff was incredibly kind!

Had a very nice stay for two nights, recommend this place. The breakfast was great with fine cuisine with outstanding food. The location in a downtown area was exceptionally nice and lovely and there where a supermarket and stores nearby.

When I am in Bern, I like staying here. Wonderful small place, it has decent staff in the reception desk. The location is very very quiet and incredibly comfortable, just next door to the tower and the tram line with and railway station.

the location was nice: a supermarket and shops were within walking distance. even the belp airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away. we ate good bread and baked buns for breakfast.

Fairly clean hotel with pretty friendly employees in the reception desk. Nicely furnished and new-fashioned rooms on the modern level, food outstanding. A lot of facilities like: central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

Beds were a little hard.

Its location was favourable, close to the tower of the church infront of the park, the outskirts of Bern and the tram. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Everything was simply very good. We appreciated this hotel, it was spotlessly clean with an easy and really helpful and decent staff.

During our stay at Sternen Muri, we were impressed by the convenient location just outside of Bern. The tramline right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the downtown area. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the good breakfast buffet and the excellent cuisine at the restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited parking and slow Wi-Fi, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
